This may include your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our site. Ridgbak and our partners (e.g., marketing partners, analytics, advertising, or service providers) use various tracking technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts to analyze trends on our Services, administer our Services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis. We rely on a third party services provider to either display advertising on our websites or to manage our advertising on other sites. This services provider may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on our websites and other sites in order to provide you with advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. We share identifiers such as cookies and advertising identifier associated with your mobile device with our advertising partners, and those partners use and share those identifiers to show ads that are targeted to your interests. Ridgbak does not, and will not, sell your identifying information such as your name, email address, phone number, or postal address. California consumers above the age of 16 have the right to opt out of these sales at any time. Please email info@ridgbak.com to make an opt out request. We do not knowingly “sell” personal information about consumers under the age of 16.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request (1) more information about the categories and specific pieces of information we have collected, “sold” and disclosed for a business purpose in the last 12 months, (2) deletion of your personal information, and (3) to opt out of “sales” of your personal information.
